_Is your metabolism fast or slow?  By testing your unique Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR), we can help you understand why you have had difficulty losing weight in the past and how you can be successful in the future.  We can provide your caloric output for the nutrition component of your training plans. The Metabolism Test measures the amount of calories an individual burns at rest.  The individual breathes through a hose connected to a metabolic cart for approximately 15 minutes.  Oxygen consumption is determined and utilized to formulate the individual’s caloric output.  Calorie recommendations, with consideration to your specific fitness goals, are made based on this information.  Whether you're trying to lose weight (fat), gain muscle (lean mass), or improve your overall health, nutrition and caloric needs are key components.  Let us help you find out how many calories you need to fuel your fitness goals!
